Hey Hawks!

November was full of gratitude, community, and celebration—and now, somehow, we’re already heading into December! As we wrap up the first half of the school year, I want to thank each of you for the incredible support you’ve shown our teachers, staff, and PTA. This semester has flown by, and the holidays will be here before we know it.

As we head into the holiday season, I’m reminded once again of how special this community is. Thank you for energy you bring to Hexter every day. Let’s finish the semester strong—and enjoy a well-deserved winter break with loved ones.

Hawks, what an incredible potluck!

From the amazing spread of dishes to our hilarious morning drop-off (who doesn’t love seeing our Hawk riding a turkey!?), this year’s potluck was overflowing with fun, food, and community. Thank you to every Hawk family who cooked, donated, volunteered, or contributed gift cards—you made it perfect. And a HUGE shoutout to Ms. Forrester and her husband for the smoked turkey breast and ham… absolutely delicious!

Our teachers and staff were blown away by all the food, generosity, and the extra excitement of the “Hawksgiving Pluck a Prize” game. They felt so appreciated and loved—and that’s because of YOU. What a special way to show our gratitude for the incredible work they do every day.

Thank you for making this event unforgettable, Hawks!

December PTA Program: Hexter's Holiday Outdoor Party

Join us on December 12 at 6 PM in the Teacher’s Parking Lot for a festive evening of outdoor fun! Enjoy an outdoor movie, pictures with Santa, hot chocolate, and popcorn.

This entire event is FREE for all Hexter families!

Students will have the chance to vote on the movie during lunchtime over the next couple of weeks—so stay tuned to see which film is chosen!
